MinebeaMitsumi MM18998 is a low noise negative output 200mA LDO by bipolar process. The low noise makes it suitable as a power supply for high-sensitivity image sensors. The output voltage range is from -0.9V to -5.0V (0.1V steps )making it ideal as negative power supply for CMOS image sensors.
