ULN2803C

HTC Korea ULN2803C is a monolithic high-voltage, high-current Darlington transistor array. It consists of eight NPN Darlington pairs featuring high-voltage outputs and integrated common-cathode clamp diodes for driving inductive loads. Each Darlington pair is rated for a collector current of up to 500 mA, and multiple pairs can be connected in parallel to achieve higher current capability. Typical applications include relay drivers, hammer drivers, lamp drivers, display drivers (LED and gas-discharge), line drivers, and logic buffers.
