The Taitien TX-U is a flagship differential VCTCXO engineered for demanding telecommunications infrastructure, high-performance networking equipment, and mission-critical industrial applications. Housed in an ultra-compact 3.2 × 2.5 mm SMD package, it delivers outstanding space efficiency, making it an ideal solution for next-generation high-speed designs where PCB real estate is limited. With an exceptional typical RMS jitter of just 150 fs (measured over a frequency offset range of 12 kHz to 20 MHz), the TX-U ensures outstanding signal integrity and phase noise performance in advanced 5G wireless systems and ultra-high-speed data transmission links. The device supports a wide frequency range from 15 MHz to 2100 MHz and is available with multiple differential output formats, including LVPECL, LVDS, HCSL, and CML, to meet various system requirements. Offering excellent frequency stability of ±1.0 to ±2.0 ppm over an extended operating temperature range of –40°C to +105°C, the TX-U is ideally suited for 5G base stations, high-speed fiber-optic communication equipment, data center infrastructure, and high-end enterprise networking platforms such as routers and switches.
