CMOS System Reset IC with Delay Time Circuit

The RESET IC is an integrated circuit for voltage detection/power monitoring management. It is mainly used to monitor the power supply voltage of CPUs and other logic systems by detecting whether it has reached a specified threshold value. It triggers a system reset when power is turned on or when a momentary power failure (voltage drop) is detected. RESET ICs are widely used in many types of electronic devices such as office equipment and large home appliances. Although MCUs (microcontrollers with built-in reset functions) or other components can perform similar functions, critical safety protection functions can only be reliably ensured by RESET ICs. It achieves ultra-high detection voltage accuracy of up to ±0.5% compared to ±1.5% of conventional products, making it more suitable for battery detection and other applications. The delay resistance is increased to ±10% compared to +100/-50% of the conventional product. The SSON-4 package is used to reduce the mounting area to an ultra-small footprint.
