MinebeaMitsumi PST114 and PST11D are single-channel voltage detection devices with a 40V maximum input voltage, ideal for monitoring automotive battery voltage. They offer a voltage detection accuracy of ±2%, including temperature variations, and features an N-channel open-drain output. The typical current consumption is 1.7μA, and they operate over a temperature range of -40°C to +105°C. Both the detection delay time and the release delay time can be configured using external capacitors.
