Taitien’s NP-10M-7000 is a 10 MHz Ultra Low Power (VC)OCXO designed for precision timing applications that demand both minimal power draw and stable frequency performance. Housed in a compact 20.6 x 20.6 x 11 mm hermetically sealed through-hole package, the device delivers tight frequency stability of ±10 ppb over the full industrial temperature range (-40°C to +85°C) while consuming just 120 mW (typical) in steady-state operation. Built on SC-cut crystal technology, it achieves exceptional phase noise performance down to -165 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz and 100 kHz offsets, along with low short-term stability (Allan deviation 0.04 ppb, τ=1 sec). The NP-10M-7000 is well suited for portable communication systems, high-precision GPS receivers, mobile test equipment, UHF synthesizers, and battery-powered equipment operating in humid or harsh environments.
