Taitien’s NP-100M-7000 is a 100 MHz Ultra Low Power (VC)OCXO designed to provide a high-frequency sine wave outputwhile combining exceptional phase noise performance with minimal power consumption. Packaged in a compact 20.6 x 20.6 x 11 mm hermetically sealed through-hole housing, the device delivers  ±100 ppb frequence stability over -40°C to +85°C, with a typical steady-state power consumption of just 120mW. Built around an SC-cut crystal, it achieves outstanding phase noise of -168 dBc/Hz at 100 kHz offset and -162 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz, together with ±0.7 ppm voltage tuning range, making it well suited for closed-loop disciplining applications. The NP-100M-7000 is ideal for RF reference clocks in portable communication systems, high-precision GPS/GNSS receivers, UHF synthesizers, mobile test equipment, and battery-powered platforms requiring a clean, stable carrier under humid or harsh environmental conditions.
