MinebeaMitsumi MMS651 is a MEMS-based flow velocity sensor. It integrates a 16-bit ΔΣ (delta-sigma) A/D converter and outputs highly accurate flow velocity data in digital form. Communication with a microcontroller is performed via an I²C interface.
