MinebeaMitsumi MM901 is a compact piezoresistive pressure sensor based on MEMS technology. It integrates a 16-bit ΔΣ (delta-sigma) A/D converter, enabling the output of highly accurate pressure data in digital form. The device uses an SPI interface for communication with an external microcontroller. By utilizing the built-in temperature sensor and EEPROM-stored calibration data, variations in sensor characteristics caused by temperature changes can be compensated through dedicated software running on the external microcontroller.
