MinebeaMitsumi MM3835W is a linear charge control device for single-cell lithium-ion and lithium-polymer batteries, offering high-precision charge current control from 3mA to 1000mA. This makes it particularly suitable for mobile devices using low-capacity batteries. It is available with multiple charge voltage options (4.20V, 4.35V, 4.10V) to support a wide range of battery types. Safe charging is ensured through dynamic adjustment of charge voltage and current based on temperature, in compliance with the JEITA battery temperature profile.
