MinebeaMitsumi MM3764 is a high speed response 200mA regulator IC with low quiescent current and high ripple rejection. No load input current is 20μA typ. Ripple rejection is 75dB typ. Dropout voltage is low at 80mV typ. Therefore this IC in small package PLP-4C is suitable for most mobile equipment.
