They integrate four voltage detectors, a short-circuit detection circuit, reference voltage sources, an oscillator, a counter circuit, and logic circuits to ensure reliable and efficient battery protection. The MM3725/MM3726 series are protection ICs using a high voltage CMOS process to safeguard rechargeable Lithium-ion and Lithium-polymer batteries.
