MM3508B is a double protection IC for 2 to 4 serial cells on lithium-ion / lithium-polymer rechargable batteries. It detects battery voltage for each cell. The IC includes a voltage detector, a reference voltage source, an oscillator, a counter circuit and logical circuits.
