MinebeaMitsumi MM3464 is a high speed response 300mA regulator IC with low quiescent current and high ripple rejection. No load input current is 20μA typ. Ripple rejection is 75dB typ. Dropout voltage is low at 160mV typ., and the output current is 300mA. Therefore the IC is suitabble for most mobile equipment.
