This IC is 1000mA maximum output current low dropout regulator. Output voltage accuracy ± 2%, dropout voltage 0.25V typ. (Io=500mA) with the characteristics of a small regulator and ON/OFF control of the output voltage. This regulator is ideal for home equipment for a maximum operating voltage of 14V and to reduce standby power consumption.
