System reset with delay time circuit

MinebeaMitsumi's RESET ICs are trusted by customers worldwide for their high precision, ultra-low power consumption, and comprehensive product lineup. MinebeaMitsumi IC-PST596, IC-PST597 and IC-PST598 are designed for use in a wide range of CPU and logic systems to monitor supply voltage and provide an accurate system reset during power-up or power interruptions. They integrate a fixed delay time generation circuit for stable reset timing. Notably, these system reset ICs feature ultra-compact size and ultra-low current consumption.

 

IC-PST596, IC-PST597 and IC-PST598 features :

  • Fixed delay time set by internal counter timer

  • Built-in hysteresis for stable voltage detection
