DRB16

Token Electronics supplies long-lead enamelled wirewound resistors (DRB16). The extended leads allow for flexible installation in both vertical and horizontal orientations. Available resistance values range from 1Ω to 10kΩ, with power ratings from 3W to 20W, and maximum operating voltages from 120V to 750V. The size and specifications comply with industry standards. The vertical and horizontal lead type glass glaze resistor features a resistance wire wound around a heat-resistant porcelain core. Its surface is coated with a moisture-resistant, heat-resistant and non-corrosive protective materials such as silicone, epoxy resin, cement, vitrified porcelain, etc. Its characteristics include low temperature coefficient, excellent heat resistance, light weight, low noise, overload resistance, minimal resistance drift and superior heat dissipation compared to conventional wire-wound power resistors. The lead-free DRB16 series complies with RoHS and lead-free standards. The DRB16 vitreous enameled resistor replaces the traditional painted coating of the resistor body, which can deteriorate under excessive thermal stress. The DRB16 features a durable, lead-free vitreous enamel coating that allows the wirewound resistor to maintain a hardened, protective surface capable of withstanding high-temperature environments. Its fully welded structure enhances mechanical strenght.
