CK01

MinebeaConnect introduce a new range of waterproof connectors. MinebeaConnect CK01 branch type series is a range of 4,4 mm pitch waterproof connectors designed for wire-to-wire applications. These connectors do not require seal crimping or the insertion of retainers to ensure waterproof performance; simply inserting the crimped contact provides a reliable sealed connection.

CK01 features :

• Pitch : 4,4mm supports 0.3sq (Ins. Dia Φ1.3～1.6), 1.25sq (Ins. Dia. Φ2.1～2.7) 
• Wire to Wire
• 3 ways branch (horizontal)
• Supports rated current up to 7A (max.), suitable for use in power supply circuit
• IDC (Insulation Displacement Connector)technology : no wire crimping required when connecting to existing wires, enabling easy wire branching even in outdoor environments
• Waterproof design without the need for crimping wires or installating a retainer
• Highly reliable contact design with 2 contact points
• Durable locking mechanism applied on both sides of the connector
• Waterproof and dustproof

The IDC (Insulation Displacement Connector) tool  is a special hand tool designed for wiring the CK01 connector. Using this tool allows to push the housing lock horizontally to the specified position. We recommend using this tool to ensure proper wiring.
