Token Electronics ultra-thin aluminum housed resistor (AL) series is available in three distinct models: the ASQ boat-shaped aluminum housed resistor, the ASP low-profile aluminum shell resistor, and the ASZ trapezoidal aluminum encased resistor. Using a core technology of flat aluminum alloy housing, this series forms an ultra-thin, heat-dissipating aluminum shell wire-wound resistor. Compared to traditional wire-wound power resistors, the AL series offers superior thermal conductivity. With up to58 mold types, it is suitable for installation and use in various environments. Token's flat-core winding technology enables the design of aluminum chassis-mount, heat-sinkable resistors with an ultra-low profile and enhanced thermal transfer performance compared to conventional wirewound power resistors. The (AL) low-profile aluminum encased series offers high durability, vibration resistance, excellent heat dissipation, and a low temperature coefficient, with resistance values that vary linearly with temperature.
