TJ82034

HTC Korea TJ82034 is a single-channel High-Side MOSFET power switch optimized for fixed current-limited power distribution with integrated circuit protection. The TJ82034  series support key USB requirements and can supply up to 2.5A, as required by USB downstream devices. The maximum continuous output current depends on the package type and ambient temperature. The device features a low on-resistance, ensuring compliance with USB voltage drop specifications. A fault flag output reports error conditions to the local USB controller. The integrated soft-start function prevents transient voltage drops on the upstream port that may occur when the switch is enabled in bus-powered applications. An under voltage lockout (UVLO) function disables the output until a valid input voltage is present. The automatic discharge function quickly lowers VOUT to the ground when the TJ82034 is turned off. In addition, the TJ82034 integrates thermal shutdown protection to prevent damage from high-current loads, as well as reverse current protection to block current flow from the VOUT pin to the VIN pin.
